Vickie Choitz is the Director of Trauma and Resilience at Work. The CSW Trauma and Resilience at Work team advances workplaces and workforces that are culturally responsive, trauma-informed, healing-centered, resilience-building, and supportive of mental well-being. CSW works with partners and stakeholders to reduce the stigma of trauma and mental health in workforce development and the workplace; educate employees at all levels within organizations on trauma, resilience, and mental health; advance trauma-informed, resilience-building, and mental health supportive organizations and companies; and promote policies and systems that codify and sustain this work.
Linsey Gillery
Title: Senior Project Manager, Learn to Earn
Organization: Detroit Employment Solutions Corporation
Profile:
Linsey Gillery is the Senior Project Manager for Learn to Earn at Detroit Employment Solutions Corporation, a Michigan Works Agency. Linsey began her 17-year career in workforce development as a youth employment coordinator for a non-profit organization in Detroit, where she mentored, educated, and supported youth. She is managing the Learn to Earn Program to support adults in furthering their education and earning their GED across Detroit. In addition, she supports many initiatives through Detroit at Work, including the Trauma and Resilience training.
Jim Hollis
Title: Executive Director
Organization: Calculus Roundtable
Profile:
Jim Hollis is the founder and Executive Director of The Calculus Roundtable; one of the most impactful nonprofit organizations for raising math and science scores for students of color in California. Before founding Calculus Roundtable, Jim served for 10 years as the Director of the Innovation Incubator at Pivot Learning Partners, where he led systemic school reform efforts in major school districts, including Los Angeles Unified, Oakland, Seattle, and Chicago Public Schools.
As director of Calculus Roundtable, Jim has overseen the organization’s work in over 80 schools in California, Washington state, and New York. Jim is also a founding board member of The Community School for Creative Education - the first public Waldorf school in California serving predominantly black and Latino students in Oakland’s inner city.
Mo McKenna
Title: Associate Vice President, Partner Success

Mo McKenna is an accomplished professional in the field of workforce development with a strong focus on partnership building and program design. In her current role as Associate Vice President of Partner Success at InsideTrack, Mo develops strategic partnerships with workforce development organizations, education and training providers, and employers.
