Jen Schramm, MPhil, is a senior policy advisor at the AARP Public Policy Institute. As part of the Financial Security Team, she identifies policy challenges and opportunities related to workers ages 50 and above. Through research and analyses of emerging employment trends she develops policy options
to inform AARP’s strategy on work and jobs, including helping older workers find and retain jobs. 

 
 

Dr. Jenni Murphy, VP, Enrollment & Engagement, Sacramento State

With over 30 years of experience in a variety of sectors, Dr. Jenni Murphy spent the past 23 years at Sacramento State. She applies her professional background, personal characteristics, and academic training to build and implement strategies that move organizations forward.
Dr. Jenni’s doctoral research focused on state and institutional policies impacting the shortage of postsecondary completions and degree attainment in California.

This research is the foundation for ProjectAttain! a regional non-profit organization working to close the talent deficit by boosting adult credentialing and educational attainment, particularly for minority and under-invested populations. She also serves as a board member for Girl Scouts Heart of Central California, Impact Foundry, and the University Professional and Continuing Education Association.
