1. CAEL Membership Requirement: The registrant must be an active member of CAEL at the time of registration. Non-members are required to pay by credit card.
2. Minimum Invoice Amount: The total registration cost must exceed $2,500. Registrations totaling $2,500 or less must be paid in full via credit card at the time of registration.
If both conditions are not met, payment must be completed via credit card at the time of registration. CAEL reserves the right to deny invoice requests that do not comply with this policy.
What is included in the General Program registration rate?
The registration rate for the general program covers keynote sessions, concurrent sessions, luncheon and the Networking Happy Hour. Registration for pre-conference workshops requires an additional rate.
What should I expect for the Virtual Experience?
CAEL’s hybrid conference will provide virtual attendees access to livestreamed and pre-recorded presentations and workshops. We understand attending virtual is not the same as attending in person, but you will be able to enjoy the timely and relevant content both during and after the conference.
What to expect
CAEL is giving virtual attendees the ability to map your own experience at the 2025 CAEL Conference. We know you won't be able to attend every moment, but you will have access to live sessions and recorded sessions with the ability to view them when it is convenient for you. Closer to the event, you will receive a minute-by-minute schedule so you can design an experience that is custom to you.
Keynote Sessions
All of the keynote speakers will be streamed live for the virtual audience. Tune in each day to attend live keynotes and view recorded workshops. Catch the sessions you missed on-demand for up to 90 days after the event ends.
When is the registration deadline?
TBA
What is the cancellation policy?
Coming soon.
How do I receive updated information about the conference?
Once registered for the conference, attendees agree to receive email notifications (i.e., conference updates, CAEL news) to the designated email address entered when registering for the conference. Make sure that the email address associated with your registration is accurate and up to date so that there is no delay in receiving our communications.
